Rivar Ltd manages commercial and residential property developments in its own right and on behalf of other companies and land owners. The company¹s achievements include a number of noteworthy single and mixed use developments and conversions of former commercial sites across central southern England.

The Rivar team has a particular aptitude for solving complex planning and design issues which might deter less resourceful or imaginative developers. Its development capabilities also include: marketing, site appraisal, cost analysis and construction control.

The innovative, six acre Newbury Motor Park was developed by Rivar as serviced plots. Members of the Rivar team also organised the development of the nearby Hilton Hotel and Tesco Superstore.
